Combining with Tianjin Scientific and Technological Innovation System construction, In 2001, Tianjin Engineering Machinery Transmission Center founded by merging hydraulic transmission research department and electrical control research department of Tianjin Research Institute of Construction Machinery as one of the ten engineering centers in Tianjin Scientific and Technological Innovation System with the business registration of Tianjin Jingyan Construction Machinery Transmission Co., Ltd. The company has been engaged in mechanical-electrical-hydraulic control technology, hydraulic test technology, construction machinery component development and manufacturing technique research by means of the strong development support of Tianjin Research Institute of Construction Machinery and industry, university and institute joint development environment with government support. Now, marine oil engineering equipment has been the core business of the company.
With the hydraulic technique accumulation of many years and industrial advantage, we carried out several national level research projects as follows:
In 2007-2010, subprojects “Pipe-laying Ship Roller and Alignment Station System” and “15T Tensioner Sample Machine Development” of national 863 project “Integration and Localization of Deep-water Pipe-laying Tensioner and Other Equipment”;
In 2009—2011, Tianjin scientific and technological project and middle- and small-size enterprise innovation funding project of Ministry of Science and Technology named “Constant Tension Hydraulic Roller Winch”;
In 2011-2015, “Development of A&R Winch - key part of Umbilical Cable Installation System” in the project “Deep-water Oil and Gas Field Engineering design, Construction and installation of Northern Continental Slope of South China Sea”, which is one part of national major science and technology project “Large-scale Oil and Gas Field and CBM Exploitation”;
In 2014-2016, Tianjin scientific and technological project “Constant Tension Control Technology Research and Equipment Industrialization”.
