The institute possesses the most advanced hydraulic component, gearbox and torque converter experiment equipment in China with third-party testing qualification, capable of providing relevant national standard test on hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve, oil cylinder, hydraulic tube, gearbox, torque converter and etc. Besides, the institute can do special testing on component or system according to customers’ requirements.

The institute spent more than four million RMB on professional testing, analyzing and calibrating equipment for construction machinery system testing and analyzing. The institute has been engaged in R&D of hydraulic testing system for many years with rich experience in designing and manufacturing hydraulic tester, capable of developing hydraulic general tester, hydraulic pump tester, hydraulic motor tester, hydraulic manifold tester, hydraulic cylinder tester, hydraulic tube pulse tester and chamber blasting tester according to customers’ requirements.

The institute has developed variety of hydrodynamic drive gearbox testing equipment for construction machinery industry manufacturers over the years, Including delivery tester, performance tester and life span tester for torque converter and gearbox. The hydrodynamic testing equipment features reasonable design, reliable operation, easy to use and expandable with accurate and effective test data as well as stable software system. The design idea, test method, data processing and main performance have reached advanced level in China.

The institute has been engaged in special R&D on industrial vehicle hydrodynamic torque converter and powered shifting gearbox since 1960s with more than 30 hydrodynamic transmission product developed, drafted and formulated multiple national standards and industrial standards on hydrodynamic transmission which were awarded Science and Technology Progress prizes of the nation and Ministry of Machine Building. The institute possesses strong technical ability and testing equipment, can develop all kinds of torque converter and gearbox product according to customers’ requirements.
