the hydraulic pump test bench developed according to present national standards consists mainly of power drive system, hydraulic control system, filtered, temperature controlled circulating system, leakage oil recovering system, electric control system and computer controlled test system. open and closed circuit hydraulic pump power drive, oil supply, hydraulic loading, oil recovery and electric control, test parameter control and measuring functions are implemented. advanced techniques, such as quick clamping device of hydraulic pump and computerized automatic control are developed to effectively solve the problems of fast testing.

test parameters are collected via instrumentation (digital pressure gauge, digital flow rate meter, digital temperature gauge, digital speed/torque meter), data interface box, data acquisition card, monitor, printer and industrial control computer to implement data acquisition, processing, graphic plotting (characteristics curves, performance curves and iso-efficiency curves), test report output and data management.

hydraulic cylinder type test bench and hydraulic cylinder factory test bench are developed according to gb/t 15622—1995 《test method for hydraulic cylinders》.

the hydraulic cylinder type test bench adopts dual oil tanks, power recuperation, counteracting test mode. it will perform the following test items: ① trail run,② internal leakage test,③ loading efficiency,④ pressure withstanding test,⑤ travel check,⑥ external leakage test,⑦ durability test,⑧ starting pressure test。


the hydraulic cylinder factory test bench consists of hydraulic test system, electric control system, test bench and computerized testing system. it can perform the following test items: ① trail run,② internal leakage test,③ starting pressure characteristics, ④ pressure withstanding test,⑤ travel check,⑥ external leakage test,⑦ reciprocal loading test.

the data acquisition system adopts cat system consisting of digital displayed instruments, industrial computer, computer interface box, data collection card and printer to perform data acquisition, display and processing and create test report and printed output promptly

hydraulic valve test bench

the hydraulic valve type test bench and hydraulic valve factory test bench for valves (multi-way directional valve, flow amplifying valve, speed regulating valve and etc.) on construction machinery are developed according to national standards.

hydraulic valve test bench consists typically of pump station, hydraulic test system, loading bench, leaked oil recuperation system, electric control system and computerized data acquisition system. frame type structure is normally adopted for hydraulic valve test bench. hydraulic test system, hydraulic test sensors and leaked oil recuperation system are installed in a cabinet, with pressure gauge, pressure gauge cock mounted on the panel, primary measuring instrument. primary test instruments, specimen connecting ports can easily be connected to components tested to obtain parameters measured and site observation of test process and parameter variation are facilitated.

the combined hydraulic component test bench for construction machinery is developed according to requirements of jb/t7042─1993《test method for hydraulic gear pump》、jb/t9714-1999《test method for construction machinery variable speed pump》、jb/t8729.2-1998《test method for hydraulic multi-way valve》、gb/t15622-95《test method for hydraulic cylinder》、q/lhy010-1997《test method for flow amplifying valve》and jb/t5120-2000《cycloidal full hydraulic steering gear》. it can perform reception inspection before installation and troubleshooting of two kinds of construction machinery hydraulic components at the same time. it can also perform test of system composed of selector valve, pilot valve, safety valve and hydraulic multi-way valve, and system composed of steering gear, limit valve, safety valve and flow amplifying valve. computer is used for data acquisition, processing and analyzing during test process to accomplish easily, rapidly and accurately the requirements of various test items.
