series jb50 ultra high pressure radial piston pump is a product recently developed by our company. the pump is composed of several piston pairs. rated pressure of the whole series is 50mpa, displacement of a single pump is 4~16ml/r，nominal rotting speed is 1500r/min and total efficiency is 83~90%. the pump features high pressure, low noise and some priming capacity. the pump can divide its displacement into several discharge ports for selection by design. in addition it can be made of caseless type to operate directly immersed in working liquid. the pump is suitable for operation with clean wear-resistant hydraulic oil as working liquid of kinetic viscosity 28~50mm2/s @ （40℃）as working liquid. the pump has obtained two technical patents and is possessed of independent knowledge property.
the basic model of the pump（jb50-8）has passed overload test of（55mpa）for 250 hours and 100 thousand impulses in 2002. it provides high performance that reaches the level of similar foreign products and is a top-priority hydraulic power source component in the selection of ultra high pressure hydraulic system.
