一、brief description
    the hydrodynamic drive laboratory was first established in the 70th of last century, featuring a construction area of 1600m3 , with complete set of test equipment and advanced inspection facilities. large amount of experience was cumulated during many years of inspection of hydrodynamic products and a lot of inspection works were performed for the introduction and absorption of the two large series of hydrodynamic mechanical products from komatsu, japan and caterpillar, usa. during the long term inspection works, for its commitment in the principle of scientism, justice, accuracy and reliability, it has won deep respect and credit among manufacturers. it has now the centralized organization of standardization for domestic construction machinery and no. 55 inspection station under tianjin technical supervisory bureau and product quality supervision center (tianjin) of construction machinery and hydraulic components of national machinery industry.



ii. inspection objectives
1、construction loader---hydraulic torque converter, power-shift transmission;
2、construction bulldozer---hydraulic torque converter, power-shift transmission;
3、forklift--- hydraulic torque converter, power-shift transmission;
4、large tonnage truck--- hydraulic torque converter;
5、construction machinery gearbox;
6、hydraulic coupling;
7、passenger car hydraulic torque converter;
8、static torque test for various drive components.
三、inspection items
1、 hydraulic torque converter traction test stall test
2、 power-shift transmission no load power loss test drive efficiency test shifting process test noise test
3、 construction machinery gearbox running-in test temperature rise test drive efficiency test noise test
三、description of the benches
benches are divided into three sizes: 160kw、240 kw and 400kw according to their drive power
1、 160kw performance test bench
   

driving and loading equipment adopt advance japanese techniques and can meet performance inspection requirements of hydraulic torque converters and hydraulic couplings of power under 160kw.

maximum speed: 3000r/min

speed adjustment range: 1:5

speed stability accuracy: 0.1%

oil circuit: stepless setting of oil supply and automatic adjustment of oil temperature

test system: adopting reliable htc online test software for hydraulic torque converter with reliable data acquisition and processing. test curves can be accomplished in the same time as testing and clear and intuitionistic curves meet completely requirements of gb/t7680-1987 “hydraulic torque converter performance test method”

2、 2. 240kw performance test bench

driving control adopts siemens, germany, dc speed regulation control system and can meet performance inspection requirements of hydraulic torque converters and hydraulic couplings of power under 240kw.

commonly used speed: 2200r/min

speed adjustment range: 1:20

speed stability accuracy: 0.1% (of rated speed)

oil circuit: both self supply and external compensating modes can be realized with adjustable working oil temperature.

test system: accuracy of instrumentation meets completely requirements of jb/t 9720-2001 “performance test method for hydraulic torque converter of construction machinery”.

3、 3. 400kw performance test bench
   

driving control adopts siemens, germany, dc speed regulation control system and can meet performance inspection requirements of power-shift transmission, hydraulic torque converters and hydraulic couplings of power under 400kw.

maximum speed: 3000r/min

speed adjustment range: 1:20

speed stability accuracy: 0.1% (of rated speed)

oil circuit: two quantities of oil are available according to test conditions. working oil temperature can be adjusted.

test system: accuracy of instrumentation meets completely requirements of jb/t 9720-2001 “performance test method for hydraulic torque converter of construction machinery”. performance test of hydraulic torque converter can be supported by htc online testing software. rapid communication can be implemented between instrumentation and host computer with reliable data acquisition and accurate data processing.
