the inspectioncenter was established in 1984 and passed the examination and approval (check and accept) of ministerial level product supervision and inspection authority and passed in the same time the metering certification of national technical quality supervisory bureau. in august 2000, tianjin organization establishment committee approved and registered tianjin construction machinery quality inspection institute as an independent institutional legal person unit.

the inspectioncenter is possessed of a staff of abundant experience, skillful in profession, understanding domestic and foreign situations and with relatively high technical quality. the staff now counts 25 people, among which 11 senior engineers (including professorate engineers) and 7 engineers, forming a team combined of old, intermediate and young personnel with rational profession structure. the inspectioncenter now is possessed of a fixed asset of 6.9 million yuans in instruments and equipment and a laboratory area of 80,000m2. it is composed of a combined office, inspection laboratory for whole construction machines, construction machinery hydraulic drive inspection laboratory construction machinery hydrodynamic inspection laboratory and construction machinery parts and components inspection laboratory and is capable of the quality inspection of 4 species and 33 products.
