Construction Machinery and Hydraulic Product Quality Supervision and Test Center (Tianjin) is a supervision and test institution capable of working on inspection independently. We make the following promises in order to improve our service quality, safeguard customers’ rights and interests, as well as maintain credibility of the test center:
1.Provide customers with objective, fair, accurate, prompt and passionate test services with a third-party opinion according to relevant law, regulations and contracts, handle customers’ complains timely;
2.Take measures to assure that all the test will be managed in non-discriminatory way without any intervention from administrative officials and authority; no any inside or outside unfair business, finance and other pressures will effect on test; avoid business bribe to keep test independent and integrated all the time;
3.Laboratory has made Confidentiality and Property Protection Management Procedure in order to take strict measures for protecting relevant customers’ secrets, information and properties, as well as safeguard customers’ legitimate rights and interests.
4.Take measures to avoid laboratory staff doing such design, development, production, supply, installation, operation or maintenance and consultation jobs that destroy fairness;
5.Laboratory sets up management system and compiles Quality Manual according to CNAS-CL01:2006 Laboratory Criteria for Testing and Calibration, Laboratory Qualification Criteria (No.141, 2006 of CAAPRC) and relevant field application specifications of Laboratory Criteria for Testing and Calibration, regularly review and improve the management system applicability and validity for effective operation of the management system;
6. 6.Laboratory takes part in the proficiency test CNAS accepts and foreign and domestic laboratory proficiency test and comparative trial, keep a close contact and communication with the laboratories to continuously improve its testing capability.
