Scraper Branch of China Construction Machinery Association (SBCCMA in short) is a nationwide non-profit industry organization authorized by The Ministry of Civil Affairs, PRC and consisted of organizations who are engaged in scientific research, manufacturing, inspection, marketing, operating and other relevant organizations. The business scope covers loader, earth-mover, land leveler and scraper and etc.
Scraper Branch belongs to China Construction Machinery Association and founded on May 29th, 1989. The purposes of Scraper Branch is to obey the Constitution, law, regulations, policy and good morality of society, assist the government to manage the industry, service the government, industry, members and customers, be bridges linking government, enterprise and customers, safeguard member enterprise legal rights and interests, passes on the desires and requests from member enterprises, self-monitors, and promotes scraper machinery industry development in China.
Currently SBCCMA’s duty is making suggestions, organizing and coordinating, self-monitoring, communicating and consulting with the specific work of investigating the development of enterprises and the industry, reporting the industry development to the government and administrations, passing on the desires and requests from the industry and member enterprises, organizing industry statistics and network information work, providing member enterprises with statistic service, organizing or participating in the formulation and revision of industry standards and criterion authorized by the government or administrations, doing survey of customers’ satisfaction and product quality, collecting industry product quality information, and assisting the government with quality management, continuously improving the variety, performance and quality of the product, organizing industry technical exchange and training, organizing member enterprises to visit professional exhibitions, establishing industry regulations and self-restriction culture, maintaining the industry interest and legal rights of consumers, promoting fair competition among enterprises, finishing the tasks arranged by the administrations, providing consultations and services under member enterprises’ assignment.
SBCCMA will continuously improve the communication and cooperation with member enterprises and colleagues in order to make contributions to China Scraper Industry.
SBCCMA has been striving to improve product quality. It held several meetings to expand export, which provided positive guidance to improving enterprise product quality, understanding export product demand and expanding export. SBCCMA also organized member enterprises to attend worldwide well-known exhibitions, for example, the EXPO of BMW in Shanghai, BICES in Beijing, PTC, Las Vegas exhibition and etc. to build national brands and increase international impact of Chinese enterprises.
To improve the efficiency of statistics work, SBCCMA often communicates with member enterprises and statisticians, proposes specific request on report time and format, and held Coordination Conference on Statistics Work. Meanwhile, to improve the efficiency of data reporting, SBCCMA held five times of Statistics Work Coordination Conference (Taian, Shandong in 2006, Liuzhou, Guangxi in Sep., 2008, Tianjin in Apr., 2009，Chongqing in 2012 and Qinhuangdao, Hebei in 2013). Finishing the main product statistics work in Scraper Industry is the base of collecting the data of industry marketing and financial target, providing statistic service for member enterprises to make out development plan and marketing program and providing consultation for the administrations to make out industry development programs.
The branch compiled and printed Purchase Guidance of China Scraper Machinery, Financial Target Completion Summary of Main Scraper Machinery Enterprises, 1985-2007, and Twenty-year Development of China Scraper Machinery and etc.
